Consequences of strikes in Kharkiv region — at least 20 injured

The nighttime massive attack on Kharkiv and the region resulted in 21 injuries, including five children. Houses were destroyed, and fires broke out at the site of the attacks.

Shelling of Kharkiv region on the night of October 28

On the night of October 27-28, Russians attacked the Shevchenkivskyi, Saltivskyi, and Kholodnohirskyi districts of Kharkiv, as well as the city of Chuhuiv in Kharkiv region.

According to preliminary data, 21 people were injured, including five children.

The shelling caused destruction and damage to residential infrastructure.

In Chuhuiv, a fire broke out in an outbuilding, which was extinguished by the State Emergency Service.

According to Volodymyr Tymoshko, the head of the Kharkiv regional police, the occupiers shelled Chuhuiv with Tornado-S MLRS.

"A private house was on fire, another residential building was damaged. Eight people were injured, including five children", the report says.

On the evening of October 27, a series of explosions occurred in Kharkiv and its suburbs. Local authorities reported hits in several areas of the city.

Novyny.LIVE also wrote that on the night of October 28, the occupiers struck at Kharkiv again — a Russian shell hit the Kholodnohirskyi district, damaging a multi-storey residential building.
