On Friday, November 1, Russian troops hit Kharkiv with a ballistic missile. Dozens of private and apartment buildings were damaged.

This was reported by the head of the Kharkiv RMA, Oleg Synegubov.

According to Synegubov, one hit was detected in a residential building, dozens of private and apartment buildings were damaged.

"71-year-old and 60-year-old women suffered an acute stress reaction. The rapid response team is already examining the houses for urgent repairs," the report says.

Mayor of Kharkiv Ihor Terekhov emphasized in a comment to Novyny.LIVE that windows were broken in high-rise buildings and roofs were damaged.

"There are problems with heat, water and energy supply. Our utilities are working," the mayor noted.

It should be recalled that the explosions in Kharkiv occurred on November 1 at around 4:05 p.m. The mayor of Kharkiv warned of the danger and threat of repeated strikes.

And on October 31, the Russians struck Kharkiv and its suburbs. According to law enforcement officials, the invaders used FAB-250 aerial bombs from the UPCM.
