Mayor of Kharkiv Ihor Terekhov announced this via Telegram.

According to Terekhov, the guided aerial bomb was dumped on a high-rise building in the Kyiv district of the city.

"According to preliminary information, as a result of an enemy attack on Kharkiv, there is one person killed. The information is being clarified," the message stated.

The head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleg Synegubov, added that the occupiers struck a densely populated area of ​​the city.

"There are victims," ​​he said.

It should be recalled that the Russian occupation army launched a rocket on Kharkiv in the morning of October 8. An air alert was not announced at the time of the attack.

Thereafter, it became known that the occupiers hit the enterprise in the Industrial district. A fire broke out at the site of the hit.
