Terekhov says what weapons Russians used to attack Kharkiv

"The attack on the center of Kharkiv was preliminarily carried out by a S-400 missile," the statement said.

At the same time, he added that as of now, the number of victims has increased to 19 people.

Also, according to preliminary estimates, 41 buildings were damaged to some extent.

On the morning of November 25, powerful explosions occurred in Kharkiv. The Russians struck the central part of the city.

At the same time, Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov spoke about the destruction in the city. According to him, all relevant services and volunteers are working at the scene.
