At 21:23, explosions were heard in Kharkiv.
At 21:24, the mayor of Kharkiv, Ihor Terekhov, confirmed that the sounds of explosions could be heard in the city.
At 21:25, the head of the Kharkiv RMA, Oleg Synegubov, reported that the occupiers were striking the region with guided aerial bombs.
At 21:35, Synegubov stated that, according to preliminary information, hits were recorded in the Kholodnohirsk and Saltivskyi districts of Kharkiv. According to him, there is currently no information about victims.
