According to the Prosecutor's Office, the occupiers struck the central part of Kharkiv at 1:16 p.m., namely the Kyiv district. A hit on the roadway was recorded. 12 people were injured as a result of the explosion.
"There is an acute reaction to stress among several victims, but most have injuries due to the explosion, injuries from glass fragments and fragments of this ammunition," Chubenko said.
Several cars were damaged. Shell fragments have been taken at the scene to determine the type of weapon.
